Return Window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label to download and print. We will also provide you with the return address.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label to the package.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Shipping Costs
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 10–15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
