1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via UPS.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $70 will be charged a $7.99 shipping fee.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. You can use PayPal balance, bank account, or debit/credit card linked to PayPal.
8. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please check that your PayPal account is active and has a valid payment method. If the issue continues, try another browser or contact PayPal support.
9. Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
11. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval and will be returned to your original payment method.
12. Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
